Established a comprehensive care for patients not just chemotherapy administration but also the nuances of survival consequences, sexual disfunction, genetic counseling, nutrition and prevention, psychosocial and financial challenges for single parent survivors.

An exceptional leader who has successfully conceptualized, implemented and managed a 15,000 self-financed community based comprehensive cancer center with 72 employees and 16 physicians. Excel at managing clinical trials phases I to IV, creating and managing research organization, conducting several investigator sponsored clinical research projects and maintaining good relationship with several pharmaceutical companies like BMS. 

Able and have led in Immunotherapy, Next generation Sequencing, Targeted therapy, and shaping the concept of truly "patient tailored immunotherapy".  Possess solid basic science background that has helped to understand new therapeutics and design clinical studies with biological correlates. Martin E. Karlinsky

Martin E. Karlinsky is general counsel to ExcellaBio LLC.  He is an experienced litigator and legal advisor with over 40 years in the practice of law in diverse industries.  He holds degrees from New York University, the University of San Francisco, and an honorary fellowship from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.  Mr. Karlinsky is knowledgeable in science and medicine, is well-versed in the healthcare issues that ExcellaBio confronts, and is a trusted adviser and counselor to the company.
